"I have used other trainers. Nothing worked for me. Matt takes time to get to know his clients and helps them set realistic goals, keeps in touch, checks up on them, inspires them; he is also very honest and motivating with his feedback. He never pushes you to go a certain way or cut out stuff that isn't right for your individual needs. He is also very good about getting people out of their own heads (biggest setback in nutritional or physical changes in my opinion and one of my biggest challenges) and guides them to living their best lives and striving to assist them through his individualized programs to make your life happier.
