When you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, change happens.

This part is really exciting...Your body is constantly changing. Your energy levels are different everyday. So, you never have to judge yourself again if you feel a little "off" sometimes.


This isn't about beating your body into submission. It is about creating a program of awareness and sustainability while getting stronger. 

When you start with two sessions per week you will see quickly that you don't need to kill yourself and restrict your DELICIOUS food!
